    I believe they permit Hemp derived THC which is 0.3% or less Delta 9, whereas Marijuana is 0.9% Delta 9.... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    I'm no expert, but I don't think the hemp derived mg = normal weed derived. For example, I picked this up, uh for a friend, today and it's 100 mg. The nice lady stated to just start with a capful, don't drink the whole thing.

    Probably true. I couldn't tell you the difference between normal delta 9 THC vs delta 8 or delta 10 or thcp or thca or thco, etc... I just know those canibinoids, for now, are legal in TX. But the powers that be here are trying to close that hemp loophole. However I will say the gummy bottle says not to take more than one. I took three over the course of an afternoon a few months back. By 9pm or so I could berely stay awake.
    So I would take two when I got off work on Thursday mornings, and I found that to also be a heavy dose. The last month or so I switched to one and that is still a decently heavy dose. I think I'm going to cut the rest in half lol.
