That was your first one ever? Rookie…I dropped one in college that emptied an apartment. Only sucked b/c we had food on and I had to finish everything while 5 people huddled on the deck.

My girlfriend passed the test however…married her 5 years later

Since you drink Miller Lite, I am sure it’s not the first time she’s punched you. Prob just the first time she didn’t give you a mind wiping concussion.

I went back and looked but could not find....
Is there a particular significance to pictured stick? A length reference to something perhaps? A pointer? A weapon for fighting off other stick wielding foes?
Keeping the the hordes of women at bay? (Gotta fight them off with a stick!)

Granted, it's a nice stick for sure, but without context, a bit vague.
Shall we all show our random sticks?
Is this a thing now? Am I missing out?

All sticks good. Sticks matter? Man show stick. With context.
I have stick. It is yellow and it is mine. It is skinny stick, but what it lacks in girth, it makes up for in length, and usefulness.

Stick points to RC cat shield, going on today.
    Stick has notch. Useful stick.
Many moons ago, man converted vertical air compressor to horizontal configuration, to save floor space. Mounted air compressor up high, off the floor. Made compressor difficult to service.:(
    Stick is man's air compressor on/off switch-reacher.

in misc news... I got bored and started looking at current prices and stats of my next truck (HD) and am bummed... I thought my dream truck would be next, but the Ram Power Wagon has very similar towing rates as my Tundra... shocked! but apparently its tied to its off road configuration...

So, that dream is now shattered and when the time comes - hoping a few years away - It will most likely be another longhorn, but 2500.

anyway... 5 guys is sub par, in&out < whataburger

I was shocked to see them in the panhandle here, so whenever I head out I always stop. When I am in TX, I always get some breakfast there.

looks way better and less annoying than mine. i use a tripod at the moment. Its nice when i go to specific parks because I can walk it away from the tree line, but I hate it for the extra packing aspect.

I think of Whataburger like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Have you ever tried the ingredients on their own? It's a salt and fat patty on an underwhelming bun with too many add-on ingredients. But much like the horrible chocolate and horrible peanut butter that make up a really good Reese's PB cup, it works.

Even as a Texan, though; I'm not the biggest fan of Whataburger.

I'm probably a fan because it's the "what I cannot have" phenomenon.
If they were just there every day, I'm sure I wouldn't want them so much.

Is it over rated, yes. I prefer their breakfast over their meals, but I do love that patty melt. All of that said, they are decent. not great. But I also do not consider any of them great. What a burger is in my top 3 and one of the only 4 fast food places i will eat at. I still like them better than their competitors.

100% and I do not know how anyone can say otherwise!

Always been a fan of In & Out, for a fast food drive through burger they are always on point and consistent. The ones I had in Arizona were the same as the ones I had in various locations in California.

If I want something better, I'll either cook it myself or hit a Mom & Pop type place.

One of the best compliments I can give to In & Out is that their tomatoes always taste like ripe tomatoes.

One criticism I do have of In & Out is that their fries just aren't that great. I have tried ordering them "well done" and they are slightly better but not my favorite.
