It's my left one that gives me fits. That's the one I dislocated the knee cap, out in the middle of nowhere and put it back in place myself

There wasn't any cutting. All I did was shove my knee cap back over

 

An there was no cell service to call for help. No one around so I did what I had to do and then had to drive a manual transmission to where I had signal

I went to an orthopedic, had a Bakers cyst. So he drained it and put a shot of Cortisone . All it did was make the top of my foot feel wet for about 3 days

 

Yeah. I hate icing for pain. Can never get it to stay put. Ice is a pain to work with in ideal situations, let alone when you are trying to keep warm.

 

I haven't. But since y'all asked I might. Hopefully doesn't turn out the way playing tug of war 25 years ago did. Maybe I can stop smoking like Riggs did.

I was about the same I had screws a plates put in my arm and couldn't take Vicodin for pain so I opted to go without.
