    I’ve had good luck with employees for the most part. Only been a few times in 15 years I’ve had to get real heated with any. I can generally get my point across without being rough.

    This guy is like your 72 year old. He puts in the effort, but just can’t connect with customers. He seems pretty oblivious to that fact. I inherited him from another manager years ago.
    I had another one I had to demote last month. He was the opposite. Very able and talented, but shit effort. Wish I could combine the two.

    Just whipped up a batch of bruschetta for tomorrow’s cookout at my daughter’s house. 6lbs of Roma tomatoes, a whole head of garlic, a purple onion, some basil from my garden, S&P, EVOO. The flavors meld together overnight.
    Tomorrow morning, I’ll get up early, wash the Tundra, turn 10lbs of potatoes and various other things into potato salad, turn 6lbs of meatballs, bourbon and other things into bourbon meatballs.
    I’ll sure enjoy chilling out tomorrow afternoon!
