No one else involved thankfully. Driver of the Uhaul in the pic saw it. The axle assembly on the trailer just decided it was leaving. He inspected it and the welds failed apparently. I’d have thought you’d use bolts to secure it, but when we drove past (about 90min later) there were no holes in the top rail of the axle assembly. Smells shady. Thankfully State Patrol Commercial Div showed up and was investigating.

 

I’m on board with praying more, I just need some death defying stunts in my life so that the praying comes more naturally.

Seriously though, y’all don’t want me in a prayer group. The man upstairs would be upset with you by association.

 

Seems like I waited a bit too long to change out my sacrificial anode.

 

Prayer is so misunderstood. Haven't been to church in years. Early on i was an alter boy, sang in the choir, Bible study, summer Bible school, etc. Never lost my faith. Of course people will pray for a miracle when shit hits the fan. Even non believers at that point. Fox hole under fire. Prayer soothes the soul. If you believe in that. Yesterday people were praying for the two souls of the kids that died and prayed for the survivors. Not sure how to explain it better. I can tell you, if you get a cancer diagnosis, it will refocus things a bit.

Mental illness is a thing. A root cause. Plenty of retired LEO's are willing to protect schools. Folks with issues need to be confined like they used to do. Don't give them drugs and put them back on the street. Just sayin.

 

It's an easy job with the right tools, this was from a water heater I just bought 5 yrs ago.
