When ordering a bed in a box do you wait as long as the manufacturer says before laying on it?

Same. But this was for the cayenne. Dealer cost was $600 for the same thing.

How do you like the Cayenne? I've always like them, but never been near one.

We really like it. Bought it in Jan. We've taken a few roads trips in it. Both our girls are tall (5'8" and 6'2") and are comfortable in the backseat. It gets great gas mileage and is a real fun car to drive. The only thing that would make it more fun would be a manual trans. Maintenance wise it's not bad, just typical German engineering so everything is a bit more involved. For example, the battery I just changed, requires me to remove the driver seat. Sounds crazy but it's only 4 bolts. And keeps the weight of that h8 low and centered. Took almost 40 minutes for my first time.

Put studded snow tires on this last winter and it handles better than any car either my wife or I have ever owned.

I know you personally don't like used cars but we found this 2016 with 52,000 miles on it in pristine condition. All maintenance records and showed like a brand new car. Paid well under what I paid for my 2012 rock warrior.

I know we don’t have a ton of sports ball fans in here, but I missed a ton of conversations and maybe some of you changed your ways. Any baseball fans? My son is huge into baseball and have been watching a ton together this year. Even got to go see the M’s opening week and sat 2 rows off the field. It was his first game and was glued to his seat the whole time. It’s so cool to see the love of the game growing for him.

I remember when you got that, it’s looking good. That car will keep you young at heart.

And you can lay down in back probably, good for date night.

I can’t imagine how cool it would be to have a son. I like baseball, but I’m holding down the fort here on my own for baseball games.

There’s a local minor league team here I think. And some of the local high school games are pretty high caliber. Wife, daughter and I should go to some of those, add that to our list.

Haven’t watched much major league this year on the TV. I’m a bit out of touch on which matchups to watch, where and when.

That's very cool, what an awesome experience.

I've been watching a lot of Mariners this year. My FIL was a big fan, didn't miss a game on TV.
Been thinking about him a lot lately, my MIL gave me his old hat recently. :)

That sounds awesome, my boy loves baseball and watches all the highlights from days of old and now. He wants to go to California to a Padres game just to see tatis jr. play. One of his favorites as of today. Enjoy that time, he will remember that and possibly carry it on with his kids one day as you taught him the special bond between a boy and his dad!

I do try to soak up every second and trying to build that bond where he will tell me anything and everything while we play catch in the yard. He wants to be a pitcher so I’m having to brush up on my catching skills. Trying to figure out if we are ready for the commitment of club ball or not.
