I spent a few minutes brainstorming, here are a few ideas/suggestions:

You do have positive energy, think about key words you can use in your interviews that they will pick up on.

Use their "positive energy" goal to your advantage, to show that you're a balanced employee. Your strength is that you're even keeled, but it's also important to you to support your workmates in positive ways, and then slip in some "such as" examples.

Think about how you'll answer zinger questions and use those to your advantage; have talking points, and examples. Who are you --

"You are even keeled, steady but also diplomatic..."

Think about -- what does diplomacy and team support mean to you. I'd imagine this is on the forefront of a good employer's mind right now.

"You like to give positive feedback to your teammates..." If not, fake it until you do.

"It's important to me to read my teammates and situations, and adjust and help, sometimes this is just giving a workmate a word of encouragement..., etc, etc"

Demonstrate "positive encouragement" in the interviews by telling them things about the company/culture that you like and appreciate, show them you can use the "positive words" and "positive analysis" skills.

"It's important to build the people up around me..."

"I draw energy from the people around me..."

"I have a quiet enthusiasm about me, I love supporting people; a diverse team with different ideas and approaches is important..."

Even keeled, reserved and quiet – there are ways to make these strengths shine, without using those words. "I really like to support my team by making sure I'm a steady performer. I want to let them know they are doing a great job, and I think it's really important to give people credit and lift them up with words of support. Little things are important like telling them I love what they did... it's all about good communication and sharing positive perspectives".

"I'm a steady and analytical person, and really think things through, but it's really important to me to bring a positive vibe to the team; examples..."

"It's important to check myself and know when I'm getting too deep into an issue, and I'm good at knowing when to check in or ask for feedback..." etc., etc.

"Soft skills are really important to me. I'm always looking for ways to be positive with feedback, even with disagreements or debate, the way the message is delivered is really important to me. This could be just telling someone -- I really like this, but I have this idea..."

Think about great short phrases with defining words in advance, and then don't worry about repeating them all, just get the message across in your own genuine way.

Try to avoid defining yourself with words that could be considered negative, like "reserved" and "quiet".

It's OK to go straight to the problems they might suggest about you as you read the room in the interview.
Just food for thought examples/ideas. You've got this.

If it's a hot woman interviewing you, and she asks you to stand up and do a little spin around -- do it.

    Interviewing 101 right here.

Only thing I can add is do a little research on what kind of mission statement and values they have as a company. Then when the time comes where they ask you if you have any questions: Ask a few questions where they get to expand upon what that means to them. It's a great way to build rapport and leave them thinking about how they need you on their team because you're already in line with their values and mission statement.

I hate paying interest, on anything. Not saying I don't, buy I try and make the best decisions to pay the least amount possible.

I love making interest work for me.

I'm getting ready to start a little financial class with my girls when school is back in session. Something i wish would have been taught to me when I was a kid.

My first question here is why is someone trying to suck his **** while at a playground.

Pretty sure that qualifies him as a pedo.
