    I gamble with the beers this time of year. Put them in the freezer, 2 at a time, and try to guess that perfect time where you get just that slight crystallization of just starting to freeze, but not too long that it starts to become a solid.

    Which reminds me, I gotta go grab some beers out of the freezer.
