As for the political bit.... yeah, IDK. Usually discussion of issues without tying it to politics is ok, but stuff seems to have drifted in here. I don't know what's going on.

AI is just good enough to hide that it's retarded. If you keep poking it eventually breaks down and shows that it's dumb. I just hate that it's being inserted into stuff and the general user doesn't have an option to turn it off.

 

I had a set of PowerBlocks with the stand, bought used on Craigslist.
A couple of the plates broke, and Powerblocks sent replacements without question.
I didn't even have to return the broken plates.

I ended up selling them when my surgeries started.
I don't lift that much weight anymore, I use the thick rubber bands for exercise these days..
Sold that set of Powerblocks for more than I paid for them after owning them for 10 years..

I had the Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells for years. They were great but took a bit more effort to add and remove weights throughout the workout. I ended up giving them away to a friend after my last move back from Arizona. Also had the Super Bench from Ironmaster.

At this point, I would rather go into a gym to get my workouts in. I miss the social aspect of the gym from way back when I was in college and would workout 4-5 days a week.

I had gym buddies who were prison guards all the way to ER nurses. It was a wide variety of people from all walks of life who all had fitness in common. Heck there was even a raging alcoholic who would literally get wasted in the parking lot and come in and want to play basketball with us.
