With tarter sauce and vinegar. Sometimes a dip into cocktail sauce to shake it up

It’s very strange. Even places serving fresh-caught fillets are not bothering with a great breading.

I like mushy peas. Haggis too.

I spent about a year in Scotland and will say that the fish and chips are better in England.

We lived off base and my British buddy had nightmares about all the mushy veggies he had to eat.
His grandma lived with them, she was probably 80 at the time. Force fed my buddy boiled veggies everyday and would yell at him if he didn't finish. o_O

    Haggis isn't terrible.

Crazy thing is, I'm dieting, at least for me.
My back off set was 115's

Then onto incline smith - 245 for sets of 10 (3)

    Today I just felt strong.

That's good shit. I've been in a funk the last few months since I detached my bicep. I'm not allowed to lift heavy anymore for fear of permanent damage. So I'm just not doing anything.

Bike night tonight. Should be a busy event given the decent weather. Gonna have to take some nasal spray beforehand to be safe.

Unfortunately there is no ways around this one. I shredded by distal bicep tendon and the doctors said I did so much damage to it and if I detached it again it likely wouldn't be able to be reattached.

Depends on the spray. Ones like Flonase do nothing for me. Nothing
Ones like Astepro, tastes super awful and work. I’ve found the ones that have a taste that creeps up are the best working
