    Totally agree with this. I’m a decent water skier. Had the chance to try wake surfing a while back and it was a blast. I was able to start off of the boat platform with a little practice. Loved it.

    Food for thought; ER docs and nurses report the injuries from the little electric scooters in all the cities do not resemble typical scooter injuries. They are more inline with what they see for motorcycle injuries because of the speeds they can reach and the fact that people don't wear any protection when riding them.

    It's less the power than how fast you intend to go. If you'll be hitting 20+ MPH you might as well get a motorcycle and have the fun.

    Hmm, I’ve never ridden a dirt bike. I’m a fairly skilled pedal cyclist, I guess I could try it. Worst case is I get passed by a couple of pre teen girls. That’s fine, I don’t care.

    I like the e bike idea because I think I can still do a lot of the trails around here that aren’t open to dirt bikes. I wouldn’t be bombing down hills with it, I’d be looking for a light weight e bike, to help get up hills a bit easier. The rest of my riding style would be unchanged.

    I did a ride this morning, saw a couple of e scooter rentals, lol.
