That was kinda the problem for me. It’s like drinking a small loaf of bread. Wreaks absolute havoc on your insulin levels. High abv is just the brain fog icing on the cake.

I honestly feel so much better all the time not drinking alcohol anymore. I also don’t eat within a couple hours of going to bed and lift heavy first thing in the AM. 3 eggs + 3 egg whites for breakfast. Protein shake mid morning. Steak and organic rice for lunch. Same thing with carrots and/or celery for dinner.

I’m just trying out this whole “eating real food” thing. High protein. No processed crap. No machine lubricant. No added sugar.

My kids will be stronger and faster than me one day, for sure. But I’m not going to make it easy for them to get there. :transformer:

It’s that time of year when the house is cold just in the morning. My wife complained about it. I told her to stand in the corner, it’s always 90 degrees there.

For some reason I thought you said they were doing both in January, and I'm thinking that would be an absolute mess...

1: So, basically what you're saying is... IPA is the 'soy milk' of the beer world

2: Very true and so simple; maybe too much... Home brew kits of the 70s (the OGs) were the downfall (or revolution depending on your view) of beer as it was intended...

3: Yes... This is true about almost everything in life from fish, to meat, to veggies, to fruit, to your closest ladyfriend :D

4: Once again, I've learned something valuable on this forum (albeit a bit too late in life)... Normally it's vocabulary; lately it's been a whole lot of bad 'dad' jokes (with a few mixed in here and there that have me giggle)... Today, I learned why sooo many 'keggers' back in High School (I mean adult age college life :D) left people sick, hung over, and downright feeling like shit for the next 24 hours

Either way, it will still be another excuse to drive prices up for goods, transportation and everything else up and down the food chain...

and be another excuse on why we can't shit done in a reasonable amount of time for the next few months...

timing seems a bit suspicious too, but I'm sure it's just me; hit that point in life where I really don't trust anything other than my dogs... :spy:

    sorry

I meant 'at best' it has more alcohol. you are dead on - it generally has more %.
it's the only redeemable aspect of an IPA.

it was a poorly executed jab that every other aspect of IPA is nasty.

Tow/haul depressed and straight up sent it over a couple of newly installed 'speed humps' (plasticky rubbery looking thingys w/an incredibly sharp launch angle)....

The Pro was like, 'F' yeah :muscleflexing: bring it.... :mudding::rofl:

The city was nice enough to install one of those solar powered 'speed limit / this is your speed' signs.... So, I can gauge my improvements :D

If I could get away with having an open flame here in the warehouse park...I would make cowboy coffee.

and then the word would get out & I would have all the old foggies hanging around.
