    Yeah, Voodoo Ranger is great. My favorite when I quit was a local place called Bearded Iris. Unreal. Actually, forget I mentioned it. Their stuff is terrible. :oops:

    I never wanted more than one, but I wanted one every night. So I decided to quit completely before it became a problem.

    Thank you for the offer for recs on a coach and training program. I may PM you. You're completely right; diet is the biggest factor. I'm eating 0.8-1g of protein/lb of bodyweight. I enjoy it but it's kinda expensive lol. Typical day is venison that I harvested and eggs from my wife's chickens in the morning, animal sourced protein shake (Prime makes it; it's dehydrated beef isolate) for lunch, beef and veggies for dinner.

    My goals are just to be as strong and healthy as possible for my family. I have become a big believer in sourcing my own healthy meat for us. I want to be able to continue do backpack hunts out West well into my 50s and 60s. And I really don't want my kids to kick my butt when we wrestle before bed. They're getting strong lol

    I went after the ones that were 8% or stronger lol. Those fuckers were sleepers and snuck up on ya

    ref the protein, honestly, I wound up to 1-1.5G. What is ur current training split to be there 6x a week? Don’t forget ur carbs and fats on each meal.
    Ya, it’s expensive…if a meal calls for meat it’s 8oz. We get our chicken from Costco.

    Yeah, my favorite from Bearded Iris is their 8.2% double IPA called Attention Please…again, absolutely terrible…you’d hate it. :anonymous:

    I basically just get up early and go to my garage. I lift kettle bells, dumbbells, and a sandbag. I have divided things up:

    MWF: “push” and core exercises;
    TThSa: “pull” and legs.

    I just got a trap bar and some bumper plates to do deadlifts. I also run a couple miles a few times a week and sleep as much as possible.

    Whatever this forum told me to do
    $1k would be awesome.

    However, I think I am REALLY good at breaking shit.

    we broke a surfboard backing out of the dock - the kids swung the board holder out to early & it hit the rolly bumper.

    rolly bumpers are necessary when you drive/dock like me.

    I would need a boat with good brakes, and/or it's own built-in rolly bumpers.
