I am getting “updated” to the full MS package soon, including Teams. Even after 20+ years of using WebEx, many people where I work cannot figure out how to share their desktop. This switch to Teams is going to be epic.

@GODZILLA I never answered the aircraft maintenance question from earlier this week. I'm too lazy to go back in time to look at that dude's post, but basically if we're talking commercial aircraft then airlines do all their own maintenance, including the major stuff (called C and D checks). Large airlines will often do it themselves, or they contract out the services to MROs (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul). The OEMs deliver the aircraft and support the fleet with aftermarket support, including parts and service. In rare cases an OEM might do the work, but normally not. If an airline damages an aircraft, they can contract with the OEM for repair work or have an outside shop do the job. Often times the OEMs have to be involved b/c of the proprietary engineering.

I do think engines typically go back to the OEM for major rework/repair/rebuild and I think stuff from the Defense side of the company might come back for major repairs/updates. Those nuances I'm not too sure of...maybe that's where the OP has experience.
