100% agree. I think it's barbaric and I am always rooting for the bulls. I know it's not "right" but I keep hoping the bulls will kill the damn matador and maybe they'll put a stop to the cruelty. I doubt it though. People always want to hold on to the shittiest parts of their culture.

Pretty sure I've been boring everyone to tears here with my continued battle/saga of my yard cleanup this year. Good news though, I think other then some pruning, I might finally be done. This weekend was the final battle as the giant trees openly mocked and taunted me as I cleaned up below. Bastards.

Yep, couldn't agree more that the more toxins, germs and bacteria we are exposed to are how we build antibodies and are able to maintain our health naturally.

That's my theory on why so many kids are allergic to common items. Their Moms are inundated with ads showing that all bacteria must be killed, and all allergens must be eliminated. The poor kids are growing up in a sterile environment and the first new item that comes along throws their immune system into panic mode. This subject came up at my older daughter's house one night and I mentioned that kids that played in the dirt, ate dirt, and had to be hosed off after playing outside seemed to be healthier than a lot of their peers. She simply looked at my grandsons and said "You're welcome".
