Well I can definitely say at this point this is the best start to a summer of fishing that I have ever had. Got a handful of very nice fish tonight as well as a personal best or close to personal best

Definitely is, especially the way that I had to catch all of them tonight. I was walking along the bank sight fishing with my polarized glasses. When I would see a fish I would stop and I would cast at it over and over for between 20 and 30 minutes before they would finally gulp it. Lots of times where they picked it up and I set the hook but they didn't get hooked. I even called my dad with a video chat and had my phone sticking out of my pocket so he could watch the process lol. Also saw a Northern water snake swimming along and a small muskie actually swam towards it for a little bit and I thought I was going to get to see something that almost nobody has ever seen. I was so happy my dad was on the call with me because it's just not the same telling people about it versus them actually seeing it

 

Never! I love my beautiful smallmouth I want them to grow even bigger and come back every year

 

Of course it consists of more than just mustard. A healthy diet should also include beer and beef jerky.

 

Beer ruins everything it touches. It makes brats worse, it makes cheese worse, it makes dips worse, whatever it's in, yuck

 

WTF is wrong with you?

 

I need that, all of it!

 

I always put garlic in the marinade when I make jerky, but next time I make some, Imma gonna double the garlic and use beer for the liquid.

 

I will forever regret letting claws make an appearance on that one Michigan trip

 

Homemade jerky kicks ass. 95% of the time I fire up my smoker it's to make jerky.

 

So someone saying "we need to talk" or "can I ask you a question?" Are two of the worst things in the world right?

 

Only if it's a lady friend asking those questions. So no concern for you.

I'll have you know I had a positive interaction with a female cashier at Kwik Trip so it's getting pretty serious

 

Was she hot and do you have any pics?

 

She suggested sour cream for the cheesy bites I bought and I said maybe next time, paid, and left

 

Good call, that's just crazy talk.

But I still would have hit it if she was hot enough.
