Just had a ten minute snow flurry blow through. Supposed to continue like this for several days. Getting tired of my days off being crappy weather.

Not condusive to motorcycle riding. Weather has been shit here too but we need the moisture.
Got out to Canmore last wk end on the bikes, 6deg C, some rain, some snow. Froze ourselves but worth it.

When I asked for mustard instead of 1000 island dressing they were offended.
It's fucking TEXAS, we put mustard on our burgers..

I gave up on Wendy's years ago.
They were good back in the 'where's the beef' days..



Perhaps before some of y'all's time, but Wendy's had a badass salad bar.
You can imagine why they got rid of it..





Sonic puts mayo on their burgers unless you ask for mustard and no mayo..
But all I usually get at Sonic is a Route 44 1/2 & 1/2 iced tea with lemon..

Last Friday, my smoker with a 12# beef brisket. Dinner for 6 and extra. It turned out great.

I'm not home, so no photo but same. I have like 5/6 different mustards. And hell yes on mustard crusted anything @1lowlife!

I even got my kids off ketchup and now they only eat mustard. Winning. Because ketchup is gross.

 

Heard that. Native here myself and I'm looking to sell out if this overpriced state and go elsewhere. 5 years left before kids get out of school though.

I'll dip my fries in mustard sometimes, I usually put hot sauce on them.
Love pickled stuff; cucumbers, okra, corn, artichokes, olives, etc.
I like lemons and limes in my iced tea, when the tea is gone, I'll eat the fruit.
I crave acidic foods for some reason..

But since dental surgery last Friday, I can't chew anything for another week.
Soft foods for another 4 weeks..
I'm getting tired of soups and yogurt..
My wife bought me some of those Boost drinks and they are awful..

I haven't had a beer in weeks..

 

I think part of a healthy diet consists of more than mustard, no matter how many varieties you have in your ice box(old guy reference)

 

You and I would get along well. Fuck ketchup I say! And pickled anything with some good bbq.


Have you tried smoothies? My favorite is frozen bananas, peanut butter and coffee. I also blend cooled oatmeal (not instant) with frozen berries and it can be rather filling when your in the healing zone from dental surgery.

 

It's not my only food but it is a food group. Ice box, hahahahaha.

 

Mustard is situationally acceptable at best. I gagged at the image of the mustard crusted whatever fuck that was.

 

Ketchup is marvelous when you mix in some Tabasco and a bit of Worcestershire sauce
