I told the property owner that I would take it down for him.....for the cost of renting a boom lift for a weekend. A few years ago that would've been about $600.
    No response.
Now it would cost him about $2000 to pay a tree removal place.
Or, whatever the insurance payout if it comes down on someone's shit.

Just make sure the local Karen knows about it. She'll make so much noise he'll drop in on her stuff, or maybe even do the Wizard of Oz thing and drop it on her. That'd get rid of two neighbors for you, and that is definitely a win.

I might sue him now for mental anguish and emotional trauma.
Just thinking about what could happen if it fell.

Go dump some vegetable oil in the aisle at walmart, then walk around and come back to slip in it, too. Really pad that retirement.

I was out front trimming, mowing, and then blowing out the grass. I have a feeling my allergies are going to make me pay for this.

Speaking of your allergies, what was the verdict from your testing?

Minor reaction to penicillin. They said 3-10 days if my body rejects it. Issue is, I’ve been sick on/off since so not sure if it’s the illness or my body fighting it now.
I’m still allergic to every tree, plant, grass, and bush in CO though

I honestly had no idea. I haven't heard of anyone taking or being prescribed penicillin in what must be 40 yrs.
I just assumed everything was synthetic or made from something else now.
    No reason, just an assumption.

I'm going to pick one up on a Memorial day sale. I tossed my old one when I got the Blackstone but it would be nice to have the BBQ for quick things

We bought a new grill a few years ago. I always had a little table top job and my wife had an old crappy hand-me down. She said she was sick of junk and wanted a nice one. Since she actually grills more than I do, I said fine, pick what you like.
    $800!!!
It's a decent Weber grill, but nothing special. Just a typical backyard propane grill with a side burner.
    $800?!?!

Yeah, and if that was a few years ago, tack a couple hundred more onto that price and drop the quality a few notches. That's today's market.

I grill a lot at least 3 times a week year round. I picked up a top of the line Weber about 20 yrs ago for about the same price, it lasted 2 yrs before I had to start replacing parts on it, did that for a couple more years at a minimum of a $100 every time it needed something. I hated working on it so I just started buying a new cheap one on sale every year or so for $100-$150. Now the cheap ones are $250+

Exactly this you can barely touch a Weber for $800 now, hell their cheap charcoal kettle grills are $250 now

After all of this reading I am thinking, not sure but thinking that this is just NOT possible on a Tundra. Everyone knows there is a major flaw in the design… but my last few oil changes in the Tundra and 4Runner was the same. How can this be? Did we get lucky with the only Tundras’s that dodged the design flaw?
