I'm a pretty light drinker so, if everyone were like me, 12 beers would be plenty, especially if some people are driving. I'd probably bring either 12 or 18 plus a few big bottles to share. If people are going to drink like my brothers and their friends (9+ beers in a night), they have to supply some of their own.

I got one for you too Sean. For the last few days I've noticed how dirty my truck is and I know it might not impress you so I snapped a photo for you earlier today on my way into work.

 

I only wear them when my wife lets me. And that's not often enough.

You guys on night shift as well?

 

I work afternoons into evenings. The times can vary but I start at 4 and work anywhere til 10- midnight. Often times when I get home from work the wife and kids are sleeping so I chill and wind down before I turn in.

 

Ah, the old swing shift. How do you like that schedule?

 

I love it. I get my mornings off to ski, mtn bike and kayak depending on the time of the year. And I work a four day work week. I've been on this schedule for almost 20 years. Although my days off have rotated some throughout this time period I like 4 day work weeks. Right now I'm off Sun-Tue.

 

I can't 'LIKE' this post enough.
As much as she can be a PITA, the benefits outweigh the negatives.
And there really aren't that many negatives now that menopause is over...

My true best friends at this point in my life are my wife, and my dog.
In that order, I'd rather spend time with one or both of them than anyone else.
The new puppy is growing on me, he will be third in time..
