Today I am remote, so I can filter accordingly. A little mandatory training, a few easy meetings and a bit of work where I can ignore IM and phone calls. Should be just about right.

Strangest jet lag I have ever had. All week I crash at 7:30pm and drag myself to bed at 8pm. Sleep like the dead until 4am, and then just doze until my 4:50am alarm to work out.

So apologies to those of you that have slept like crap this past week. I plan to game late tonight so that will destroy my perfect sleep cycle and get “back to normal”.

I have been sleeping like crap since Dec 19, 2023 and I envy you my friend. Hopefully pain will be gone after the operation

Ok? I think not but the surgery will hopefully relieve the pain but there are no promises that will happen since it has been so long with trying to get Doctor appointments, etc.

Ah, that's better than what I was thinking. My brain went down the divorce/death of spouse/child route for the lost sleep. I'm a bit of a pessimist. LOL Pain just lets you know you're alive, right? Right?

Agreed, I feel like shit and can throw down with anyone that looks at me funny. Not in the mood to put up with much lately and then find out some shitbag in Mesa, AZ applied for a credit card in my name. I have to go to the bank today and fill out paperwork to get a copy of the application. I want to see what info the person has on me te F'ing POS!
