For sure. The butcher shop I go to sells for less as well. I really need to get the freezer situation organized and buy 1/2 a beef. I just don't eat ground or roasts enough.

 

I'm with you on the roasts, we go through a lot of ground beef though with kids. Still have a good amount of elk and venison in the freezer too

Dropping the truck off at a dealer in a bit for the trans issue diagnosis.
Here's to hoping I don't get it back in 3 months with a bad alignment, no oil, scratches and the same trans issue.

 

It wasn't shifting up well in upper gears, or if I was on the gas too much. Kinda like slipping. Also a shudder at 60 mph, but that only happened once.
Radio screen said electronic issue with trans, but no codes or specifics. A little research points to bad shift solenoid maybe.
I was gonna buy a reader, but I can't really do anything myself right now and it has a full warranty. Might as well let them "fix" it and maybe I'll get a loaner if they have to keep it for a while. I just hope it's something they can fix easily and not something I'll have to chase for years. I'm stuck with it now that it was wrecked and fixed. Otherwise I might trade it in if it starts having issues. It's my 3rd Tundra and haven't had a single issue yet. Hoping this isn't payment for the good luck I got on credit all those years.

 

Made a mountain of eggs and chicken for breakfast because the eggs were about to turn.

 

It's shredded smoked chicken from the local grocery. Just scrable the eggs, put them on a plate, toss the chicken in the pan to heat it up, and then put it on the eggs. Mix and hot sauce to taste.
