Smooth is the only type of butter I'm eating. This said, peanut butter on banana bread is a game changer. Peanut butter on hot toast, brilliant. Peanut butter on Oreos, heaven!!

 

My grandfather would have it a couple times a week. It's one of the core memories I have from being a kid. We'd visit grandma and grandpa on their farm in Saskatchewan, and I'd sit beside grandpa in the morning having a bowl of oatmeal with ice cream. Then we'd head out to the shop to tinker on machinery or get into his old clapped out 80's Ford pickup and head out to the fields. Grandma would come out around noon with a cooler full of chicken sandwiches on homemade bread and fresh made lemonade.

I miss my grandma and grandpa.

Perhaps I shall.

What is it with peopel and adding weird shit to peanut butter!? First bananas, now dill pickles??

 

I've never tried ice cream and oatmeal, but that sounds good; I'm thinking also dropping some grape nuts in their for texture

I can't sleep for some damn reason so I put Netflix on and watched it. The whole time I thought it was an actual documentary. Then it got to the end and seemed a little fucky.
Then it hit me that they hadn't interviewed any actual cops. Then I looked it up and yeah, it wasn't real.
I have to say, it had me going for awhile. Not easy to do. Well done.
I'd suggest watching it, but I just ruined it.

I hate bananas. But I do like banana bread.

 

My grandma would always holler out the window for us to come back to the house for lunch unless it was harvest time. And my grandpa had a clapped out 80s Dodge. But other than that, pretty similar.

 

Oatmeal crisp is good for breakfast, though I don't generally put ice cream on it at breakfast time.

 

I like peanut butter on my smores. We're usually roughing it when we camp and only have smooth, though.

 

Reminds me of some memories that I have with my grandparents. It’s the small moments like those that you will always remember. I’m trying to make sure my kiddos get time with my parents in the same way to make memories like those.
