Depends on the state. In Wyoming you can travel in open lanes so long as it is safe to do so, and passing on the right is fine ad a result. A few hills or sections will be marked for slower traffic to keep right, but anywhere else it's just about traveling safely.

The title is misleading. It's more about impeding traffic than what happens in the left lane. I can't bring myself to care about having to move my steering wheel 1 inch to get around someone sticking to the law in the left lane if the right is open, but having cars stacked up behind you because it's tough to get around should help someone understand they should act.

I tried to find a video, but Gallagher (the comedian) used to have a skit about 'everyone on the road is either an idiot or an asshole... if they're going slower than you, they're an idiot, and if they're going faster, they're an asshole'.

Ordered some gin on Sunday.
On Monday, I get the email that it shipped.
Tuesday evening UPS updates their website with a delivery day.
Wednesday morning the delivery has changed to “Delayed” with no ECD
Thursday no change.
Friday no change.

No update. No email. Nothing. This is why UPS can eat a bag of dicks.

 

USPS you expect not having any change to the tracking until the package arrives. That’s pretty normal. UPS not so much.

I've had Prime delivery people act more abusively with my package than USPS. Nevermind the 230 decibel gangster rap coming out of the truck. The UPS driver that has my route is great, so I hope she doesn't leave any time soon.

I've had great luck with all of them except Fed
I dont have mail delivered to my house so on the town registry my address is a po box if the fed guy is being lazy they mark it as non deliverable address not found. Once they mark it undeliverable it's imopssable to recover it just goes back to sender happens about 50% of the time

 

I think “building material manufacturer” is Pigeonese for “Sex Toy Developer”.

 

I wish FedEx would at least knock on the door when leaving $1000 worth of tires on my driveway...

Eardrums rupture between 150-160db, so it would be all but impossible for the Prime Delivery Professional to arrive at your house operating a vehicle w/a sound system bumping rap music at 230db; all vehicle occupants would suffer extreme ear pain, followed by bleeding, then hemorrhaging and subsequent loss of consciousness as the volume knob pushed that glorious music in excess of 150db..

My guess is the vehicle would never even make it to your house, so your argument is a moot point
