I haven't stopped recently as I agree with you now. This was back in college driving back and forth from Moscow to Boise all the time. Was cheap and could eat anything back then.

I hear you…unfortunately around here the M&P shops all get their meat and bread from Costco or worse. Same thing I can make at home but 3x the price. Pass.

Same. Used to crush a Subway back in the day.

Unfortunately I can still taste it. No matter what meat or vegetables I put on, it tasted exactly the same. Mayo flavored sawdust.

 

I have eaten subway many times. It's usually on a road trip and a lesser of 2-3 other evils in whatever strip mall I can find with food.
But I don't think I've ever eaten there and felt satisfied after finishing one of their subs.
No matter the toppings, it never seems to have enough flavor and no matter the size, I feel like I've only had a few bites of something.
It's a strange phenomenon.
Maybe "Mysteries of the unXplained" should do a segment on subway subs

I called the scrap yard yesterday and they quoted me $125 for a black painted steel spare wheel for a Tundra.
He said they didn't have one there, but could have one shipped from their affiliate yard in Massachusetts.
The only thing he could guarantee is that it will be round. Won't know if it's rusted to crap until it shows up. I think I'll pass.
Pretty sure I saw them online for the same price.

 

Yikes. For a bit over that you could get a takeoff wheel from somebody just looking to get rid of them.

It's a good thing I'm working from home today. The FedEx driver just left the new winter tires for my wife's car in the middle of my driveway and drove off without talking to me.

 

My brother likes his Toyo AT2s but he's apparently also looking to get a set of winter tires for his truck.
