Any of the crew here suffer with lower back pain? I've been dealing with lower discomfort and tightness for the past couple of years and decided to try one of these Teeter things. All I can say is holy shit, game changer. After only one session I had almost complete relief of the tightness, and after only a week my back feels almost back to normal. Highly recommend this thing, it really works.

Totally agree about the soft mattress issue, we just bought a firm one last year but it didn't really help me. I wish I could sleep on my stomach, just can't do it for some reason.

 

You know, you need to start posting the bland awful stuff you eat for all three other meals so @LarryDangerfield doesn't think he can eat sushi, cookies, and fast food and still hit 10%.

Big dogs? Milwaukee has been working directly with the construction building trades since long before Home Depot existed. The push into HD has been gaining for years as a gain in market. Trying to figure out the whole deal with the ticket company now since it’s not possible for us to fly back next weekend for the second show but the tickets were a two-show package.
Flying home a day early and looking at other dates next year to see the whole deal.

 

You probably won't miss much at the second show, anyway. James is old so I doubt he'll be fully recovered in only a week.

That's the basic setup for my current marriage. She's great at some stuff and terrible at others. I'm good at the stuff she's terrible at and vice versa. It's not based on gender (though some of it may be inherently based on gender), but I don't wanna trigger anyone. It's mostly based on strengths and weaknesses. We compliment each other like yin and yang. That's not to say we don't want to throw each other down stairs now and then.
When it comes to keeping the finances in order, I'd get us in trouble. So I'm told to sit there and be pretty. When it comes to keeping the fridge and cupboards organized, she's a dumpster fire. Etc etc.

 

Same here, I have my tasks and chores, and she has hers...
Good thing we don't have stairs, that might have happened.
Although my wife is the ultimate organizer.
The problem with that is that she organizes, say the kitchen pantry.
Fine, I figure out where everything is, 6 months later she reorganizes and moves everything.
When I ask where ##### is, she points to it and says I didn't look for it.

Being older and the kids are gone, the success of our marriage is we only see each other on the weekends.
We have opposite work schedules Monday thru Friday.
She comes home from work to an empty house, I get up in the morning to an empty house.
So we try to make it quality time on the weekends, even then she is off shopping or getting her nails done.
It might not work for some, but it works for us...

We're off the Ranger game today, first time in the new stadium.
Hopefully they can win and get off the losing streak as of late.

Years ago she went through all my spices and threw out the ones that were expired.
I asked if she took note of the ones she threw away so I could replace them, she said NO.
I didn't realize some of them were gone until I needed them for a recipe...

Now she writes down expired stuff when she tosses it..

 

The average husband/spouse would just get pissed at the spices being gone. You're playing at expert level by not fighting the flow and just asking for a list of stuff to buy.

Hey, did you see Cory Seager now has enough 'plate appearances per games played by the team'?? So, he's now sitting at #2 in MLB for AVG, SLG % and OPS (just behind Ohtani) . I'm not necessarily a Ranger's fans, but I've always liked Cory!!!
