A few shots from rafting Saturday with my BIL and two nephews. That water is 42* and that drop is 12 feet.

I like Spotify. It's $10/mo., but you get to choose the music you put in your playlists, and no commercials.

More than I'll pay. Id rather use Pandora for free. The Sirius deal was like 2 bucks per month, and even that was a lot for me.

I have the family plan for ~$17/mo. Not a huge fan of Spotify’s logic for recommending new artists, but it works good enough

    Going to be epic!

They had better play Orion when they come to Seattle. That’s my favorite song and they’ve never played it the 8+ times I’ve seen them in concert. That’s all I need and then I’ll never see them again. Done.

My wife likes XM, or I'd have the family plan too. I had XM free for whatever they give you with a new car - 12 months? I only listened to four stations the whole year, and they were playing the same 40 songs per station. Plus they switch channels around too much. My wife calls in and gets it for $60/yr every February. Spotify is twice as much, and to Adam's point probably too much; but of music I listen to, I have about 50 times as much. Plus I have my own play lists, podcasts, etc. I have way too many media subscriptions between this and TV, but Spotify is still worth it to me.

It seems to be on the set list this tour - every show I’ve looked at info on it is played one of the two nights. You going to both shows in SEA?

Also, even though they're trolling other truck models, I'm not sure their target market is truck people. So far, the pics I've seen (not the troll-skins) have shallow approach and departure angles, the whole thing sits low to the ground, and payload looks only marginally better than a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Which makes it a $90k 16-bit El Camino. I'm certain they'll sell, but I'm not certain it'll be to people wanting a truck for truck stuff.

I’m still scratching my head on the purpose of the wraps. All the articles I’ve read talked about “trolling” the establishment. Both Ford and GM announced all-electric trucks after the Cyber drop and both got to market faster. If I was Ford, I’d do a chrome wrap on the Lightning f150…now that’s troll’n.

And weigh prob 2 tons more than the Santa Cruz… so enjoy those weight-based licensing fees.

Yeah, I don't get the trolling part but it does give a good visual on what's possible if you're not into the Stainless.

Those pics make it look more truck-like (admittedly, I'm not geeking out on research for the thing). Clearance underneath, approach and departure, all look fine there. I guess this is what I've seen:

It might as well be a station wagon.

Look at those 'LEDs' on the headlights, black wheels, roof rack, and a front grille that looks like an open mouth... everything comes back full circle!!!

I don't have an opinion about any aspect of that vehicle other than,....it's probably the ugliest design I've ever seen.
If they were going for aerodynamics, I get it. But they could've put a better design team on it before they got that far into production.

Now that might actually make it look decent. But don’t just lamely wrap it - instead actually stylize the colors and inlays to work with the wedge shape.

The part that gets me is the concept actually looked pretty good. If anybody is getting trolled, it's the people who agreed to give Musk money in exchange for one of these abominations.

Ugliest ever? It's certainly going to appeal to a specific audience, but I believe you've seen a Yugo. Maybe you haven't seen an AMC Matador. This is far from being the ugliest ever.

When I factor in: 100+ years of vehicle designs to draw inspiration from and all the modern design aids like sculpting and computer aided design,.....
I'm gonna say yes, ugliest vehicle ever.
When you have all the tools and advantages that car designers before you never had and that's what you come up with.....
Don't get me wrong, it's really nice compared to some of the pine box derby cars I've seen 8 yr olds carve out (even with Dad's help). I don't wanna be totally negative here.
