Wife and I got into a discussion at dinner tonight about the proper way to eat corn on the cob

Not looking for cooking, toppings, etc... just the actual eating of the corn off the cob!!!

So, do you left to right or right to left, consume the entire row, and then spin the cob and repeat??? or...

do you start at the left or right side, consume in a ring shape around the cob, then move laterally to your left or right and repeat???

No idea on that one, mine hasn't started burning oil. Transmission valve body seems to be my nemesis, hence the Frontier being used.

I did wonder when it threw a VVT code if it was because I had to move it off the rough driveway of the site I was working on yesterday, rather than go through the palaver of docey-doeing and general fuckwittery moving it around I pointed it off the driveway and ran it up the bank until it stopped moving - I think it only stopped because a wheel left the deck, no doubt it would have kept going with the diff lock engaged - and left it 'parked' there for a couple of hours. My 2wd Tundra wouldn't have made it up the driveway let alone anywhere else, even some of the lads in 4x4's have been avoiding the lower part of the drive, pussies.

I think you should swim out there and see what that that big red floating ball is.

 

I'd guess reaching that ball is a bit out of range for my old tired bones. Plus, the water temp is still in the low 50s. I feel like the required minimum of 3-4mm wet suit would hold me back a bit in terms of efficiency

 

So is it the left or right ball that has sagged out of range? Colder temps should actually make it a little easier to reach. The 3-4mm rubber might be a bit disappointing to the missus, though.
