Flamming Joe's. Apparently the one on North division is closed, but the one in Spokane valley is still open. Worth the drive out. Great wings and burgers and usually a good beer list.

River front park is fun. Lots of local bars and restaurants in walking distance from there. Great views of Spokane falls. It was the host of the 77' (I think it was 77)world's fair. One of the buildings was torn down and rebuilt in Walla Walla and is the gymnasium for the community college.

If you're into disc golf, plenty of courses. Downriver is my favorite. It's along the Spokane river.

Cabela's is on the way to Coeur d'Alene. If you're into that.

Head north from Coeur d'Alene towards Sandpoint Idaho, Farreget park is a cool place. Old navy base was there. Also a couple disc golf courses there.

Depending when you go, head west to Cheney and watch a football game. Eastern Washington university is there and they play on red turf. Fun to watch.

 

This has been terrible to follow today. Glad we got to see it before it was too late.

Glad my kids got to experience Lahaina, we were there just last year.
We're heading back to Hawaii this November, almost booked Maui again but decided on Oahu.

 

My favorite part about Pearl Harbor wasn’t even seeing the memorial and all that. It was literally the boat ride out to the Arizona, those dudes KILL IT!!!! There was no throttle control, it was all or nothing, even docking they just mashed on it!!!
I imagine you’d get pretty good doing that 80 times a day……. But still
