I prefer scrambled or an omelette.
Once in a while I'll get a hankerin for some over easy eggs. I like dipping toast in the yoke, but it can't be snotty and slimy.
Gotta be cooked enough and just enough yolk left to dip toast.
That's the only way.
I'll be passing out a handbook with the correct/only way to do everything.

The last ham the wife ended up smoking had some kind of honey and cherry glaze to it... It was surprisingly one of the best I've ever had

 

I tried smoking a ham and completely wasted it all. Not good. I think it was the rub recipe, though.
