There's so much good info, but the social aspect in most threads is as repulsive as anything on FB. I'm thinking I'll just pick my few followed threads and scrub everything else.

Even going up and down some serious grades I just luck out. I'm not a super lead foot, but I don't granny around either. My '05 Stratus, '03 Ram with a cummins, '17 WRX, '19 Tundra, and '23 Tacoma have all returned better than EPA numbers for me. I'm not sure if the '18 Renegade did. I didn't have it long enough to tell. I also run premium non ethanol fuel in everything gas powered, so it's not like I'm saving any money with the mileage.

Sorry to hear about man’s best friend, it’s never easy.

 

Time flies so fast, and we are so caught up in our lives that we forget to make sure we connect with and love our dogs every single chance we get. It's so easy to be worried about stuff at work, in our various relationships, and then whatever we want to do to decompress after dealing with all of it. The whole time, right at our feet or in the background, sit our dogs. Happy to just be near us. Even in a best case where we do make sure we pet and adore them every single day, time is faster than any of us realize.

The best we can do is love them every chance we get and appreciate their love. A dog's love is perfect. They don't care if you forgot about them for a few days in the bustle of life. It doesn't wane. They'll always forgive you. They'll always be there. They'll love you. Their love is worth grieving over, and if you don't grieve you're broken in a way I cannot understand. The fact that their loss hurts proves our humanity.

 

Isn't that the same backdrop they use for the Liberty Mutual commercials??
