    No Mazda is made with a CVT
    VW doesn't use them either

    There are a select few that can be had with a manual as well.

    Likely trade it. I know I could get a little more selling, but it's simpler, I get the tax break on the new truck, and I don't have to buy at full price and wait to sell the Tundra. It's a single transaction. Also, because I still owe a little on the Tundra it's not an easy "title in hand" transaction.
