I still have all my notebooks from 25 years ago, and end up flipping them open to dig something up about once a year

I did hogs from age 9 to 17. 4H then FFA. Great experience

 

I kept my textbooks, which are not as helpful as I thought they'd be.

 

I remember our notebooks being a big part of our grade in a lot of the classes. A couple years out of school, I understood why. The better organized and clearly written notebooks I have have been great for reference and much easier to follow than any text books

 

Back in the battleground parking lot. Got a corner parking spot, so only have to defend one side today.

 

The wife and I call those 'no dents' parking spots.

After getting a door ding in her RX, I think she's finally on board with my parking philosophy.

 

Around here, no dent parking can often be under trees. Nice in the summer but gotta watch for when they are dropping pitch

Think my rhythm is off lately. When I have time to hang out, all is quiet. But I skip a day and there’s 6 pages to get caught up on.

Nope! Just work and has been nice outside after work to keep myself occupied instead of on the interwebs.

 

Fucking slammed. Sneaking out tomorrow to hit the mountain.
11 feet of snowfall this month. I need to get some turns in.

went over to a friend's house for whiskey and cigars. would have taken you guys along, but I didn't have that much whiskey.

I’ve always thought that type of canopy would make a good overlanding setup on a 6.5’ bed. Kinda fugly, but highly functional. Build out a bed with storage in the back and skip the put-away-wet rooftop tents. Gear is all locked away and secure when you are traveling. Nice headroom when sitting on the bed, etc.

 

Just finished walking the dog. Per Nature’s instructions, it started raining at the furthest distance from the house.

Just relaxing in the garage now with my once-a-week coffee allowance and listening to it come down. Of all of nature’s amazing sounds, rain falling is the most zen for me…

 

Love it too, raining on this side as well.

Here too. Stood outside in it for a soccer game this morning. Wasn’t bad with an umbrella and pretty peaceful but the wet grass from the soccer cleats wreaked havoc on the wifes car. Will have to clean that later.

 

Good move! I’m sure I’ll do the same thing some day when my daughter is older.

 

That stuff is still pretty rare around here. I just can’t do energy drinks but I look for the Ghost all the time. Funny the only place I’ve seen them around here is this little liquor store gas station in a very small town in NH. I tried the Swedish fish but like I said I just can’t do those energy drinks

Now I’m gonna have to try some of that Bale Breaker Beer
