Well, the workout from beating the children, party girls, and the guy in the meeting might tire me out enough to sleep. Worth a shot. ;)

I think it looks pretty sexy. The front bumper definitely looks better than the Tundra's. Have to wonder if we will have people doing Sequoia front ends on their Tundras for the 3rd gens instead of the Tundra fronts on Sequoias that were around for the 2.5 gens.

Maybe the ‘22 Tundra is just a large scale test mule program for the Sequoia.

Yeah, gotta agree with you there. Or at least make the C pillar body color so it doesn't look like the sliding door glass on a minivan.

Truth be told, at this point in time I think the only reason to go with a Toyota regardless of model is if you are someone who holds onto a vehicle for a while and wants reliability and you appreciate how Toyotas hold their value. Otherwise if you are someone who gets a new vehicle every one to three years there are much more appealing options on the market. Hopefully the new tundras end up being reliable because at this point they don't seem like they are a class leader in any metric.

Same here! Definitely not buying the first year but may be in the market for one 3-4 years out. I’ve got the poor man’s sequoia right now (Nissan Armada) that I would like to replace.

Honestly, if I'm gonna get a V6 3rd row SUV that can't handle off road, I'm just gonna get a Telluride. The luxury level for the price is hard to beat.

In other news, 2-5” of snow expected tmrw. I’m over shoveling and dealing with idiotic drivers in the winter. Granted, the gym isn’t too far of a drive, but it can be heart racing when those around you don’t understand the weather

Yeah, they look really good and have great reliability reports. Casually looked into them but I always come back to the resale factor. I think you would get bent over a barrel trying to trade in a 10 y/o Kia with 120k miles.

Sure, but if it's reliable I don't care. I don't buy for resale unless I am not sure about the vehicle purchase. If I know I'm gonna like it, I plan to drive the thing to the grave.

I have to amend my statement. I still maintain the idea that Toyota's aren't really competitive when it comes to power, technology, and looks. But. The fact that they hold their value actually does make them a smart buy for people who are always trading in rather than keeping for a while (like me.) So it's actually quite the conundrum lol. Can you tell vehicles mean a lot to me and they are always on the brain?
