I did La Salle pass today. Pretty easy drive other than the damn wasps!!

One stung my daughter and she freaks. A few minutes later she passed out. Wife is like LETS GO SHE FAINTED!!

I’m like is her throat shut? Is she swollen? Nope. So I’m like it’s not anaphylactic shock, it’s an adrenaline dump. Gave her some lemonade and she was ok after that.

Had my first Mojito. That's a fun word, Mo-ji-to. Now y'all say it. MO JI TO.. Kind of sweet though, I'm waiting for the beer.

LOL the ways of the EGG sometime escape me. I ruined some filets a awhile back, no idea wtf I did wrong but damn they were over done. I almost cried when I realized it.

 

we used to sell them at my old job and they had us do online training for cooking with them cause BGE didnt want us selling them if we didnt know how to use em... lol

we used to do pork ribs and brisket as demos every Thursday... so good...
