The mexican restaurant at Epcot is decent. The have full service or quick service. The restaurant is on the water, not bad for viewing fireworks.

Those look delicious. Had some from new gf place...a bit tart, but we mixed them with surgar and heated them up and put on French toast. Amazing.

I was raised on a small 72 acre ranch in western Orygun. As you know they grow like weeds in the PNW. I picked gazillions as a kid. Had to cut them back every spring from some of our perimeter fences. Stoopid sheep would get caught in them and just stand there until you cut them loose..lol

Yup, it gets bad quick with those. We had to cut back about 10 foot of those around the grain elevators. Couldn't get out of our trucks anymore.

And sheep are just dumb. Razed them when I was younger too.

    I am ready for huckleberries!

It sucks when it starts so early. We are still going to the lake and have warm weather. They need to go back to after Labor day like when I was young.

How we do it here. Local fair Labor day weekend. Everyone is involved or shows something. They tried starting classes before labor day and no one showed.

Sheep are dumb, but pit bbq lamb is to die for! We raised purebred Hereford's too. Had ove 50 at one point. Had several Quarter horses too. FFA/4H kid here. I owned 4 Quarter horses by the time I got out of high school. Had a show bull, Henry. The good back then as a kid. You couldn't catch back then without cowboy boots and a Resistall 5X hat.
