I grew up in so cal and lived there for 35 years. I ate more double-doubles than I can count and I thought that in-&-out had the best fast food burgers. However, now that I live in texas, I know better. With burger joints like mighty fine, mooyah, 5 guys, and Whataburger, there is no way I can bring myself to eat at in-&-out any more.

 

If I had eaten as much In n out as you I would probably say the same. I've never had whataburger

 

well... the next time that you are in texas, we can go grab some Whataburger

Whataburger is good! Double double with five guys fries is where its at IMO

 

whataburger? not sure i would go with they are better than in-n-out....but that's my opinion but they are good

you cant beat the value at Whataburger; their burgers and fry portions are huge. Whataburger and in-&-out are different styles of burgers so maybe they aren't a direct comparison and I can see why you might like in-&-out over whataburger. However, mighty fine is similar to in-&-out, but I think mighty fine makes a way better burger than in-&-out.

 

How do you have time see that??

where is Mighty Fine? I've never heard of them....I love trying new places.

 

Nope, still waiting to hear back from them about Trane coming out to look at it. The condenser has a noise too which is what made them think it was the compressor but the new compressor sounds the same. You can definitely tell it has the same frequency as the sound in the wall. I can grab the line set and move it up, down and side to side and the noise is constant, doesn't change a bit. This last guy that came out is positive the compressor noise is being carried inside which they say they have never seen that before and I know they probably install a hundred systems a month because I know quite a few builders that use them. Very strange.

and I can't leave here even if i wanted. I would have to send my kids with my bff and her kids if we were in danger (we are too far north). I would be kept here to help.

Rudy's is great. funny, they tout themselves as "the worst bbq in texas". it is crazy... as good as they are, I have had better bbq in texas.
