    First they told me to call roadside assistance. I told them what I thought of that. Now they keep leaving messages saying they’ll change the battery and fill the truck up with gas if I bring it to them. The dealership is 60 miles from my house, I have to work, and I can’t go Saturday, so that ain’t happening either.
    At this point, I’m inclined to just do it myself, give them a shitty CSI, and leave shitty reviews all over the place.

    Yeah, and it’s just the stupid battery. I know it’s a great vehicle. Once I g t this handled everything will be fine.
    I don’t know how dealerships are accustomed to doing business, but if I give a customer an incorrect or defective item, we’re driving to wherever he is to replace it, no question about it. It’s going to happen immediately. I feel bad when it takes me a couple of hours to get issues like this fixed.
