    Follow up to my own post-
    Yesterday I went in for my last "complimentary" oil change at 20000 miles. I had made the appointment on-line and the only service request I checked was oil and filter.
    All finished up, they come to get me, "We changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires, and did the multi point inspection". wait, what?
    me: "I didn't ask for the tires to be rotated, they are brand new- they have 1000 miles on them."
    them: blank stare... "We need two signatures here and here."
    me: "Thanks for nothing."

    This truck/tire combination is real sensitive to tire pressure changes. I had it set where I like the ride at 37 front and 35 rear. The service report says they set them all at 35psi. Not a huge deal, but just the point of now I have to fiddle with them again and retorque my lugs.

    I hop in the truck and look up, sure as shit, there's the same greasy hand print on the headliner I posted a picture of here two oil changes ago. I stomped back to the service desk and threw my keys and bitched about the f-ing grease. I stormed to the waiting area while the service writer goes out to clean it up. He comes and gets me, apologizing, I said "Whatever, this is twice."
    Get in the truck and drive away, there's overspray from whatever cleaner he used all over the inside of the windshield.

    Obviously it's time to find another place for service..
