I an interested on how you like these fog lights. I installed the same ones in my 2015. Im not to happy with them. The beam does not extend out far enough. Because of the hugh Tundra hood I can bearly tell that they on on.
    Hope you have better luck

Hmm interesting. I was actually leaning toward these because they are kinda blacked out vs all the chrome on the stock ones.

I'll let you know. I went with these because I like the look better than the rigid. Every review I have read up until yours said they were good and equal output to the DOT rigid. If anything they'll match my headlights

Generally, I'm more interested in increased functionality then looks. I wanted brighter fog lights, so I went a little different route. I called Diode Dynamics and asked them what they had. I bought a pair of SMD LEDs and swapped them out with my stock fog light bulbs. Then I wired the fogs into my high beams. These are crazy bright. They also light up a ton more along the side of the Hwy which is what I was after. I do a lot of night driving and here in the high country of Colorado we have a lot of elk and deer that spend a lot of time along the side of the roads.
These come in 5 or 6 different colors.

Really? did you align them? I drove with just the fogs for a week wile doing my retro now they are no head light but they are damn bright enough to drive and night with them on alone.

So I have suspected for sometime now that my wife has been seeing some man on the side. The usual red flags are there, She hides her phone screen, new underwear all the time and goes out with "the girls" a lot! I try to stay awake to look out for her when she comes home but I usually fall asleep.

Anyways...last night around midnight I hid under my tundra waiting for her to come home. When she got to the house, she got out of someone's car while buttoning her shirt back up, then took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.

It was at that moment while I was crouched behind my tundra that I noticed a hairline crack in the rear shock mounting bracket. Is that something I can weld or do i need to replace the whole bracket. If I can weld it does someone have a welder I can borrow?

I think @jberry813 has a welder you can borrow. Just make sure to sand the area around the weld before you lay bead. Don't want nasty contaminates getting in the weld.

I'd like to see some pics of output as well. And if someone was unhappy with them, trs is a great company to work with, I'd hit them up for sure with any concerns.

I'm betting they just need aimed...

Correct. But you absolutely should drill a small hole at the end of the crack and I like to bevel the crack. Without drilling, even if you weld over the top, the crack will likely continue later.
    Also, fuck her sister.

I finally got out in the dark last night. Snowing at my house , nasty mix in the canyon and pouring at the airport in the valley. First impression was good. Much better light at 10/2 and seemed to fill in the gap under the headlights. I aimed them the same as stock and think I'll maybe bring them up a little. Test fitting the retros tomorrow evening and hopefully they'll be ready for pick up by the end of the week. Once I have them I can get everything aimed and I'll try for a few output shots.

Got these for the new jeep... Really happy with them. More of a heavy rubber than plastic like the weather techs in my tundra. Fit is great.

Sounds like they want to pay off there money they paid to TRD first before lowering the price.
