Was just informed I will be plowing two different site this year
I have been plowing the same two 100+ car lots and road support for a 1/2 mile of roads for the last ten years
for the last four or so years I've been managing the whole site 6 buildings and a warehouse with a 10 acre lot plus 2 miles of road
I basically took care of my lots and made sure everything else was getting done supporting operators, organizing shovelers and dealing with client request/complaints
The two sites I will taking over are about half the size of one of the lots I was taking of
Besides a rant this is an example of f**k off get promoted
The 15+ yr operator couldn't handle the two small sites so they made him road support on my stie not assigned to any specific road just support
I give it one small storm and I'll be back on my site. I really hope our first storm is a big one

I do the same in my Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker. I think the smoke flavor is too light without the tube.

 

I grill a lot min 2-3 times a week but I've never really been into smoking meat
Mostly the cost to get a good set up and my attention span would probably equal disaster
I am intrigued by this pellet tube thing
Do you think it would work on my regular grill to add smoke flavor?

Welp, the implant anchor is in. The surgeon had to accommodate my sinus cavity (it's an upper molar), so it might be several months before they can seat the crown. Novocaine hasn't worn off yet, but the blinker is on. Crossing my fingers everything went/goes perfectly and there are not complications.
