Yeah, especially a larger battery like a 6.0ah or 8.0ah. I brought four 265/75/R16 tires from 15-20psi up to 40psi on a 5.0ah.

Oddly enough, the class/training/group input on dept. culture itself wasn't all that bad. The HR dude that facilitates these trainings has also done ride alongs with some of our busiest companies so he knows first hand what we deal with and is a huge ally for us; he also rolls with a lot of good natured BS from us as well and gives it right back. Unfortunately, as per the norm, is the fact that we've been on this same merry-go-round almost anually for the last 10 years and the same shit gets said/brought up every time, and it is just a rinse and repeat. The two biggest issues were communication and transparency, and they have been the same top two since I've been here. Our union prez kicked it off on the first day when he said from the start it was all a waste of time because the chiefs never listen to begin with (our admin is sorely disconnected), and the rest of us can't effect the changes that need to made. So, two hours of OT, and got to see some folks on my shift that I rarely get to see.
