    I do 160 and since my smoker is very well seasoned, I just do one round of wood chips at the beginning otherwise it gets too heavy of a smoke taste for how I like it. Time depends on a few things, but this will go longer because it's sliced thicker. I just keep an eye on it every now and then, rotating and flipping as needed.

    For those who have enjoyed gazing at my meat, here is the end result.

    @OldGuy03 to answer your question about how long, I put it in around 10:45 and just finished. So around 9ish hours. Some comes out earlier as I said, have to monitor/rotate/flip, etc.
