Usually a parking lot siesta consists of a series of 5 to 10 minute dozes punctuated with jolting awake in a panic until I'm either rested enough or irritated enough to continue the journey.

This time I went full on comatose for nearly 2 hours. What woke me was that somebody had their hands around my neck. I flew awake grabbing them and tossing them off me. I was in the process of pulling my knife before my brain caught up and processed that what I had thrown off was the neck pillow I was napping with.

So, couple hours nap and an adrenaline fueled fight or flight alarm clock and I'm good to go.
