My crew and I all kept our cartridge filter masks from the COVID response protocol days and we will mask up on those "particularly aromatic" med calls now. We also keep a bottle of vaporub in the engine and sometimes even that doesn't help.

 

Right after college my roommate had to call her brother-in-law over to help unclog a sink. I was gagging at the smells and sights of the crap he pulled out of the pipes. I am a log better now that kids have introduced me to that stuff "on the regular"...Puke will get me gagging if I'm caught off guard, but if I can be ready for it I can manage.

 

I haven't mowed yet this year. Not really looking forward to it either. All the early wildflowers are starting to die so I will have to tackle this soon though. Had a ridiculous weekend full of summer tourism going off. Ready to go hide from the crowds and found a last minute permit to float on what's likely the last week of high water in the Colorado River. Westwater Canyon today is 17,500 cfs. Packing it all up now. Figured I'd paste my first @ToyoMafia slap on my shit while rigging. Driving right after dinner tonight.

My fav burger places are all local burger joints. 5 Guys is a decent burger too; Shake Shack is overrated. Never eaten at the other places in the Pole…so not gonna vote.
