This and citrus are my faves and I find it really odd that I enjoy the bubblegum one too

:goingcrazy: Have you had it or looking to try it?

    6 months + before us
The grocery stores just started stocking them about 6-8 weeks ago
A couple convenience stores have had them for a few months but they are spendy $3.50-$5.00 per the grocery has them for $2.50

On a serious note, that looks like it's 3d printed. Are those just plastic that crushes/breaks so they are one time use or something?

Lol I sure hope they're not one time use! Unlike the majority of people, hitting my bumpstops is a weekly or at least biweekly occurrence. I'll drop the link for you so you can see what they're all about. https://www.perryparts.com/

    WTF
No fucking way I'd put an FDM 3D printed plastic part on my truck as a bumpstop.

Agreed. I’ve been playing around with 3D printing quite a bit at work and home and I wouldn’t trust those. It looks like they could easily delaminate and they haven’t even been exposed to the elements yet.

Well, I did say the goal with this truck was to be budget oriented and try new things so this ticks both boxes. There are a fair amount out in the wild already between a healthy amount of vehicle models and unless he is flatout lying he said there have been no failures. Usually I'm not willing to be a guinea pig but these intrigued me not only because of the price, but the technology in them. I will put them through the ringer as well as keeping a close eye on them the entire time they are installed. Not that I'm trying to convince you or anything, but here are 2 videos that show they at least do something lol.

Honestly the way I see it is this: If their performance is outstanding but they only last 2 years, I'll consider them a wear item. If their performance is mediocre and they only last 2 years, then it was worth the shot because you never know. If they break immediately, perform terribly, and or allow my vehicle to become damaged well then oh well, live and learn.

Hell yeah, at the end of the day a vehicle is a tool and what is the point of having a tool if you don't use it? Every vehicle I've owned I've always strictly maintained them, but they definitely do not get babied whatsoever.

I totally get that. Usually I'm the same way honestly. For some reason these just call to me lol. I guess that reason would have to be the fact that the price of all other bump stops have gone up so damn much. It's like really? Some rubber and some u-bolts and you're going to ask $300?!?!?!?! I kind of feel at this point I have to try the underdog just because all the other options are getting ridiculous. I refuse to believe durobumps cost even a fraction of what they are asking currently. Plus I've kind of been itching to get different rear shocks so either these bump stops make my rear shocks feel like champions, or the rear bump stops fail and my rear shocks explode and then I need new ones anyway
