I’ve actually been smoke free in ‘23 but not on my own accord, my smoker control panel took a shit, replaced it, still having a temperature issue, so waiting on a temp probe to arrive. I’ve got ribs and a standing rib roast in the freezer just waiting!

Same kinda issues? I was almost sure it was the probe from the beginning but they are the experts and the parts are free, when ordering the temp probe they are like do you have a serial number? Ummmm I live on planet sunshine- that has long been baked away, along with to many brain cells!
So I basically made them send two probes because they weren’t sure which one to send

My board was being all sorts of wonky with temps. They sent a new board and temp probe and it was all good. Until the ignitor died 2 weeks later.

Funny you should say that. Ask any of our friends and they will tell you he’s the most well behaved dog ever seen. The kind of dog that makes non-dog people want a dog. But lately he’s been getting this “teenager I’m defying your rules” attitude. Now I know why…

Dogs are awesome, they deserve a little spoiling every once in a while.
I'll surprise our dogs with a little piece of steak now and then :)

whoops, guess I quoted the wrong post. Thanks! My buddy has a Louisiana and loves it. Needs a new one after about three years, but he uses it at least once a week and leaves it outside. He’s never complained of any issues, so hopefully yours is a freak incident

Yeah, I do that too but always put the food in his bowl. No gifts for begging or eating in the kitchen.

Yeah I don’t think mine was a normal occurrence. And it’s worked well outside of when the board was wonky - unfortunately I ruined a couple briskets during that time. I’ve had it since 2018 and seems like it should be good for at least a few more years. Luckily we don’t have a lot of rust issues here.

You can still go with bigger than stock. Might just need to trim a bit when at full spin mode.
