Any plans to create an app for this forum? I often check on my phone and it's very glitchy. I think a mobile app would increase site usage. Do others agree (moderators)?

It's been discussed and I think there are future plans for it, but with how friendly this site is with the mobile version it wouldn't make any difference to me.

I have to agree with Sean. This is one of the more friendly mobile device sites I have been on. Took me a minute to figure out some of the functions, but it works very well.

I like the mobile access now, an app would be cool to pull it up faster.

I would definitely use the app, but I think it would be really tough for them to create an app that was as easy to use as the mobile version of this site.

Not sure about other devices, but on my iphone the site is already very easy to navigate.

Tapatalk spams our members without out persmission. We tossed that function on TW and it's been just fine. We don't allow them to spam crap to our members without prior permission.

Some Mods :) See build thread for details
I am a fan of the mobile version. Easy to use.
Notifications would be good instead of clicking onto the web page or emails though.

That's in the works for iPhone and Android phones (no Windows Phone support is being planned for that). Having the notifications popup regardless if you're on the web or not will come in very handy. It'll be opt-in of course...

Site is extremely mobile friendly minus the fact I can't upload pictures from my phone to save my life... Which in fairness is probably me just not knowing how to do so.:help:
