Rack and Pinion replacement, & now Fuel Pump Control Module replacement
    I just bought my 1st Tundra a few months ago. It's a 2012 5.7 L 4x4 4d short bed (though I would have preferred a long bed) with just over 100,000 miles.
Just this month (Sep.) I've had to replace the rack and pinion, just to turn around and replace the fuel pump control module! I really do love this truck, but $5500 worth of headache has got me bummed out!... I found out about the recall on the power brake system, and spoke to Toyota about it. I think I've got a pretty good case going in order to get reimbursed for that job... I have my fingers crossed for that one!
Fuel pump problems, I suppose could be forgiven after the 100,000 mile marker...
For a 20+ grand truck, I didn't expect so much trouble. I just hope all these woes are done for (at least the time being) for the remainder of my time going Tundra style!... ✌️
