I have a 2008 tundra with a blown motor 5.7l, i can't afford a new motor ,can i swap it out with a 2002 4.7 motor? Do i have to change the whole wiring on my truck or would it cost less to rebuild my blown motor?

    Welcome to the site.

You would need to swap out the harness and ECM to run the 4.7L

Money ahead to find a used 5.7L and swap.

i blew a motor last year, cost about 7500 for parts and labor for a "used" motor. you may be handy and can save a couple thousand and do the work yourself, but these motors demand a premium on the used market for sure... GL
