hopefully an easy question for the group, recently purchased a new emblem for my front grill, ever since adding it, my PCS light comes on. my question is, i assume that is the sensor behind the emblem mount on the front grill. Would the wrong/cheaper emblem cause this issue? as i did not spend the hundreds of dollars from toyota to replace, and purchased online for about half $$$.... the emblem appears correct and mounts fine, snaps in place, but ever since adding it back, the PCS comes on. i just removed it this evening to see if my problem goes away, but from the threads, this sensor appears to be a headache.... any help or suggestions is appreciated!!

The sensors seem to be really picky with replacement emblems/garnish covers, the only consistent way to ensure it works is the OEM one though some have had good luck with the one from MC auto parts. I haven’t swapped mine yet because I’ve been waiting for a consistently good option that isn’t $300
